Meet Weelk

Because of the upcoming meet (where I'll have to deal with Merle, Eff) I'm changing my weekly schedule. I'll be doing singles at my openers all week with decreasing volume as the week goes on. Hopefully by the time Sunday rolls around I'll be more than confident in my opening weights and the rest of the day will just fall into place.
In the meantime, enjoy the reading

I feel like this is going to help me build lean body mass. Maybe somebday, I can look like this...
